Booty Camp: is a class combination of BLT and Bootcamp! Leg muscles and Glutes are the stars of this Booty Camp class. These muscle groups are important for, not only moving our body but also stabilising it and avoiding injury. Most people who experience lower back pain do so because of weak abdominal muscles, tight glutes/hamstrings or an imbalanceof these. Taking extra time to build and balance these muscle groups is important and this class provides a strong center on these components of your lower body and toning up the glutes and legs! This class is normally a high intensity cardiovascular in nature but can be adapted for all fitness levels.
